The Tocqueville Fellowship is a one-of-a-kind program. It gives promising and liberty minded French students the opportunity to learn from seasoned political and civil society leaders in the U.S.
Over the course of a fortnight, the Fellows strengthen their convictions, deepen their understanding of political and economical doctrines and also learn the techniques needed to put ideas into action.
Selected by a panel of French senior civil society leaders, these youngmen and women have a special interest in the ideas of liberty. Already committed, the six fellows participate to the seminars and trainings of the most prestigious American institutes. They discover centers of power and meet leaders, experts, journalists, scholars, and Elected officials.
The Tocqueville Fellowship aims to raise awareness on the actions that could be implemented to promote freedom. By so doing, our program trains France’s future scholars and leaders.
